We propose a filling services to all our customers,
Regardless of format or COSSTRA model.
Your candle is cleaned and refilled according to your selection
of perfume which is to be chosen at the time
of the order in : CHOICE OF FRAGRANCE.
Your COSSTRA candle must be sent to us, if possible in its original packaging, and very well protected.
We are not responsible for any breakage during transport.
We will inform you by e-mail of the date of reception of your candle and will also contact you by e-mail to inform you of its sendings once filled.
Delays vary from one to three weeks between the date of receipt and that of shipment.
